On behalf of Six Rivers Youth Sports, we wish you and your family a wonderful holiday season and a Happy New Year! 2022 has been a busy year indeed:

Closed on the purchase of the building and land at 20 Atwood Road in Topsham in December 2021. Goodbye RollerWorld, hello Six Rivers!

Began operation of the existing 65’x150’ indoor turf room serving more than 300 kids each week

Invested more than 250 volunteer hours to raise the turf room ceiling height from 7’ to 12’ thus greatly increasing the capacity for lacrosse, baseball, and other sports in the facility

Surpassed $1,000,000 in fundraising for our Raise the Rink Capital Campaign

As we move into 2023, there is much to do as we close in on our goal of providing a new ice arena and multi-use sports facility for our region. Your gift today will be put to immediate use for improvements to the existing indoor facility, where more than 50 kids each day are actively pursuing their love of all sports including soccer, lacrosse, field hockey and dryland training for ice hockey. On the horizon:

  • Invest in weatherizing and heating the facility including new doors, insulation, and heat pumps
  • Improve the bathroom facilities
  • Repave and add lighting to the parking lot
  • Increase signage and visibility

With your generosity, we will continue to pursue our goal to open a new NHL-size, refrigerated, partially enclosed ice arena in fall 2024! You can donate online or mail a check to Six Rivers Youth Sports, PO Box 254, Topsham, ME 04086. A sincere thank you to all the volunteers and donors who have brought us closer to reaching our goal of building a new ice arena and multi-use sports facility for our community. After decades of pursuit, our goal is finally in sight. Sincerely, Board of Directors Six Rivers Youth Sports
