ZAMBONI PULL & COMMUNITY FUN – join Six Rivers Youth Sports! Enter a team or donate to support one to pull our 7,000 lb Zamboni and raise awareness and funds for the new ice arena and ongoing improvements to the multi-use turf field house at Six Rivers Youth Sports in Topsham. Or, simply swing by the event to support & play: there will be food trucks and a beer garden (21+), as well as an inflatable obstacle course and field games for all ages!

WHEN: Sunday, December 3, 1-3 PM

WHERE: Six Rivers Youth Sports, 20 Atwood Rd, Topsham, ME

THE PULL GOAL: Come together with your team to fundraise and then compete to see who can pull our 7,000 lb Zamboni 40 ft in the shortest amount of time! (Details below.)

FUNDRAISING TEAMS: you can have as many participants as you would like involved in the fundraising portion of the event! 

*We ask that each Zamboni Pull Team aspire to raise a minimum of $500. In addition, all donations to the Zamboni Pull for all teams will be matched 1:1 by generous donors – make your efforts count double!*

ZAMBONI PULL TEAMS: Each team will be placed into a division based on age. Teams are limited to 6-8 pullers (except youth, see below). We have three divisions of teams:

1. Youth (Ages 10-15, *8-10 pullers*, 2 adults allowed)

2. High School (Ages 15-18, 1 coach/guardian allowed) 

3. Adult (Ages 18+)

Team leaders should coordinate with Six Rivers Youth Sports who the pulling participants will be. 

Six Rivers Youth Sports will build and operate a new ice arena and multi-sport facility that will be a vibrant community resource for youth and athletes of all ages to learn and enjoy healthy athletic activities close to home and alongside friends.
